Return Policy

Please note, we are a small business and our return policy reflects that.  Your understanding is appreciated. 


We understand that sometimes things just don't work out! So we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on full priced items*. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it including free of odors (such as smoke, pets, etc). It must also be in the original packaging with original tags still attached. 

*Some items are not eligible for return. These include: Clearance items, gift cards and intimate items such as bathing suits. 



Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. 

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed (minus a 10% restocking fee) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-4 business days after we receive the item. You will get an e-mail confirmation once the refund is processed. It can take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card, depending on your financial institution. Please allow a total of at least 14 business days after item is received to see the refund in your account. 


Return Instructions

You will be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping an item back please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund items that we don't receive.

Lost or Stollen Packages 

Ownership of packages is turned over to UPS/FEDEX/USPS and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the shipping carrier, so any shipping issues or problems must be handled by the carrier.
